2. I have no experience with video...

You don't need any, our membership ranges from complete novice to prolific film makers
.
3. I don't own a camcorder...

No problem, the Society has access to several camcorders ranging from domestic through to broadcast.
4. I'm too old (or young)...

Rubbish, no one's too old, if you can get to the meetings and are over 14 and interested then you are the right age.
Our membership is about (60% 15-35) (35% 35-70)....and we all seem to get on.

5. Can I try the group before I join ?

Yes, come along for 2 sessions to see if we're for you. Each session will cost you the standard rate of just £3.00. If you like us then consider joining us.
6. How much does it cost to join the Society ?

Society Membership costs £20.00 per year and entitles you to attend all group meetings, events and activities.
We also make a charge of £3.00 per session in order to cover overheads.
7. What happens to any surplus funds ?

Any surplus funds remain within the Society and are allocated to providing equipment for the Society or activities for members. No one within the society is paid for their time, however expenses directly associated with running the society are re-imbursed.

Give Al a call on: 020 8337 9214 and come along.
9. When and where do you meet ?

We meet in Cheam Village.
10. I'm a member of another film or video group, can I just visit ?

Yes you can. We do not attempt to entice members away from other groups, but are seeking to build solid relationships with similar clubs and societies.
Members from other groups, attending on an occassional basis, will only be required to pay the session cost of £3.00, and will not initially be required join as full members.

11. I'm an organiser of another film or video group, can I just visit ?

Organisers from other groups are welcome to come along without charge, (just contact Al in advance of your visit on 020 8337 9214). We want to establish links with other groups and would also be pleased to discuss reciprocal member facilities and activities.
